Founder | Licensed Esthetician | Certified Spray Tan ArtistMeet Sydney — the owner and artist behind Toasté. What started as a creative outlet quickly turned into a true passion for helping people feel confident in their skin. Sydney created Toasté to feel different from the typical salon experience: more personal, more comfortable, and more detail-oriented.
As a licensed esthetician, she specializes in customized spray tanning with a focus on natural color, seamless blending, and contouring techniques that enhance features without ever looking overdone.
Outside of the studio, Sydney is usually spending time with her two cats, trying new restaurants around Kansas City, or searching for her next favorite matcha spot. She loves anything pink, anything raspberry flavored, and believes the little things matter — whether that’s the experience clients have walking into Toasté or simply creating a space that feels warm, welcoming, and easy to relax in.

Meet Catherine — a licensed esthetician with over two years of experience in the beauty industry and several years of lash artistry experience. With a background in both skincare and beauty services, Catherine brings a detail-oriented and personalized approach to every appointment, helping clients feel comfortable, confident, and taken care of from start to finish.
Originally from Oklahoma, Catherine currently owns and operates her own skin studio in Lawrence, where she’s continued growing her passion for esthetics and client care. She loves creating natural, customized results while still making every service feel relaxing and elevated.
Outside of the studio, Catherine loves traveling, trying new restaurants with friends, and spending time with her dog and her boyfriend of five years. Her warm personality and genuine love for connecting with people make her such a perfect fit for the Toasté team, and we’re so excited to have her in the studio.
